Tjihero
Meat City is a Namibian majority owned start-up
company based in Windhoek and London. The
company was incorporated in August 2007
in Windhoek Namibia and also incorporated
in London United Kingdom in February 2008
in order to setup a distribution platform
in Europe, with the aim of building a world
class abattoir in Windhoek with livestock
source operations spread throughout the
length and breadth of Namibia.Tjihero Meat

whose humble origins stem from the vision

Mr.
Leon K Tjihero Chairman and Founder, who identified
the need to tap into the vast wealth of quality
livestock from the Namibian farming community.
The idea rests on the economic empowerment of
Namibian citizens by ensuring that fair trade
practices are created and protected, while propping
the current farming structures and introducing
sustainable production systems at communal and
commercial levels.
